Requirements:

1. Absolute personal integrity.
2. Strong value system and work ethic.
3. Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Building Technology, Engineering Technology or Construction Management, or Associate degree in Construction Management or related field with 2 years field experience.
4. Ability to or able to quickly learn to read and understand technical specifications and engineering/architectural drawings.
5. Ability to communicate effectively - verbally and in writing.
6. Prior experience with construction projects, mechanical/electrical systems, building materials, building mechanics or working with craft workers, as well as standard computer skills, helpful, but not required.
