Southern New Hampshire University - New Residential Hall

The new residence hall at Southern New Hampshire is a 100,000 SF, 300-bed, apartment-style dormitory located in the wooded landscape of Hooksett, New Hampshire. The building will have a natural stone and metal panel exterior to accent the projectís location. Whiting-Turner has been brought on as the design-builder to manage the projectís aggressive design and construction schedule. Once complete in July 2017, the units will offer many amenities not typical to a college dormitory, including a full kitchen, living room and a separate shower and vanity area. The five-story residence hall will also include fitness, classroom, game room, assembly and multipurpose space, and once complete, will embody a live, work and play environment for all residents and visitors.
