Norwalk Community College Phase 2

Complete building demolition of an existing gymnasium wing, including partial abatement. Construction of a new three-story, 50,000 SF building containing:
• Fitness center and locker rooms.
• Classrooms and laboratory space for nursing, chemistry, biology, and physics.
• Offices.
• Hospital simulation units.
The project also includes the renovation of a two-story, 30,000 SF wing. This project received LEED^® Gold Certification.
