The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center

Renovation of a historic Thomas Lamb theater, built as a Vaudeville house in 1914. This project includes relocation of site utilities, excavation, demolition, foundations, structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, curtainwall and storefront systems. Scope also includes exterior and interior historic restoration, interior finishes, and the construction of a 100,000 SF building to house lobby and back-of-house spaces. Awards include: Building Congress & Exchange Craftsmanship Awards in Exterior Restoration, Ornamental Plaster, Decorative Painting and Stenciling.
