NASA New Town Administrative Office Building

Design/build of a 72,000 SF administration building at NASA Langley Research Center. The project is the first of what is expected to be a phased, 12-year modernization program (referred to as New Town) involving up to six new buildings worth an estimated $200 million. Project achieved LEED® Platinum certification and won the following awards:
• 2011 GSA Real Property Innovation Award in the sustainability category
• Best Green Building by ENR Southeast
• GreenGov Presidential Award for Greening NASA Langley through Energy Conservation
• 2011 Project Achievement Award by CMAA- National Capital Chapter
• NASA Environment Energy Blue Marble Award
