St. Agnes Campus Revitalization
Construction of a 192,000 SF, seven-story patient tower including:
• 120 new private medical/surgery rooms on the top four floors. The floors were based around three decentralized nurse stations, a unit greeter, and support space including conference rooms, physician work areas, clean storage rooms and solid utility rooms.
• Multi-phased expansion and replacement of the entire central plant including new boilers, chillers and generators.
• Extensive campus realignment including new boulevard thoroughfare, utility replacement and two sand filters.
