Kaiser Permanente Ontario Vineyard Medical Center
Located on a 28-acre, master-planned campus, five major elements included:
Construction of a 385,000 SF hospital, which includes two patient towers and a diagnostic and treatment (D&T) wing. The facility is five stories above-grade with a basement under the D&T wing.
Construction of a 150,000 SF hospital support building (HSB).
Expansion of an existing central plant to support the new hospital and HSB.
Renovation and expansion of an existing ambulatory surgery center.
On-site and off-site developments including street improvements.
This project was the recipient of the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health Award for the project's outstanding safety record.
