University of Texas Southwester Medical Center Medical Office Relocation

Fast-track, design/build project to relocate the oral surgery, medical dermatology and family medicine clinics from Clinical Building I to Professional Building II. The relocation is required to accommodate the new University Hospital to be constructed on the site where Clinical Building I is located.

The project includes 44,514 SF of complete interior demolition and renovation of five floors of an occupied, nine-story building to provide clinical and academic spaces.
