51,000 SF, two-story addition to house the basketball and volleyball practice facilities, coaches offices, locker rooms and upgrades to the existing Bob Carpenter Center such as roof replacement, mechanical upgrades, paving and concrete repairs. The practice basketball and volleyball facility includes two playing courts, locker rooms, training facilities, fitness area, equipment rooms on the first level, and coach's offices and conference/meetings rooms on the upper level.
