University of Georgia - Bolton Dining Hall

This project consisted of the construction of a 58,000 SF, upscale dining hall to replace the existing Bolton Dining Commons. The facility has high-end finishes, including wood trim, tile and stone finishes on interior. The exterior consists of curtain wall, brick, granite and metal wall panels. Serving and food preparation occurs on both floors and emphasizes exhibition cooking and small-batch production, in order to promote freshness, quality food practices and building community between staff and students. The building includes 4,000 SF of offices, administration and training areas for the food service staff.
