Emory University - Turman Hall

Preconstruction and construction services for a new 128-bed campus housing facility for incoming freshman. 44,000 SF, five-story building including concrete foundations, load bearing CMU partitions with topped hollow core concrete plank floors. The façade includes EIFS, metal panels, architectural precast, cast stone, marble, curtainwall and operable windows. This project achieved a LEED® Silver rating. Project won the 2009 Education Design Showcase: Honorable Mention.
