Yale University Vanderbilt Hall

This approximately 67,000 SF residence hall renovation consisted of a new Spanish tile roof, complete masonry restoration for the façade, granite tread replacement at six stair towers, complete MEP removal and replacement with state-of-the-art system, new wood flooring, wainscot strip and refinishing. The project included landscaping and installation of new “moats” to allow sunlight to the basement rooms. This project won the 2004 Connecticut Building Congress Major Renovation and Expansion Award.
