Phase 1: Tenant interior construction of approximately 155,000 SF of the fourth and fifth floors of an existing building for Health Partners.

Phase 2: Tenant interior construction of 129,000 SF of the fourth and fifth floors of an existing building. The open office environment includes workstations, enclosed conference rooms, training rooms, copy/print rooms, pantry, filing and office room, and a computer room/data center. The data center was completed early and included UPS equipment and CRAC units.
