Emory University Rollins School of Public Health

Construction of a 197,000 SF facility as an expansion to the existing Grace Crum Rollins (GCR) building to house the School of Public Health. The building includes wet and dry labs for research and instruction, classrooms, dean's suite, administrative and office space, and public spaces for students, faculty and staff. The scope also included a 21,000 SF renovation of the existing GCR building, chiller addition and cooling tower upgrades, and the extension of a new 20kV loop. The project received LEED® Silver certification.
