Wexford 90-South

Originally built in the mid-1920s by RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company, buildings 90-1 and 90-2 underwent a historical core and shell renovation. This state-of-the-art, 250,000 SF research and laboratory facility contains wet laboratories, offices, classrooms and auditorium space for Wake Forest University’s public health sciences and nationally-rated physician assistant program. There is additional leasable space consisting of office, retail and laboratory space. This project achieved LEED® Platinum certification.
