Mixed-use urban renewal project consisting of:
• 15-acre sitework infrastructure
• 1,667-space public garage (below-grade and precast)
• 252-space private garage (below-grade)
• 175,000 SF of retail space
• 156 condominium units, four levels above retail
• 488 apartment units, four levels above retail
• 60,000 SF of cultural arts space
This project was awarded Best Mixed-Use Project and Best Smart Growth Master Plan by the Maryland/DC chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties ("NAIOP") in 2007.
