The Promenade at Dublin Ranch - Parcel 5

Project includes a three-story, 54,000 SF mixed-use building, a two-story 43,676 SF ClubSport Athletic Club and Health Spa, as well as a 417-stall, four-story parking garage complex. This project includes retail, class A office, multiple restaurants, fitness facilities, health club and day spa.

The Parcel 5 project is the first phase of an overall development creating a pedestrian oriented "main street" within Dublin Ranch (California Bay Area). The concept created a series of pedestrian friendly retail / office areas adjacent to the existing high density residential developments with an "Old Town" feeling that conveying a strong sense of community for the residents and shoppers. The incorporation of retail, office space and fitness opportunities encourage members of the local residential community to work, live and play within the Dublin Ranch neighborhood. The goal was to create a living environment that reduces and possibly even eliminates auto trips and related congestion.
