Crocker Park Phase I and II

Located in a suburban setting on a 75-acre site, the project objective was to create a new city, oriented around a "Main Street. The project incorporates ground floor retail and commercial spaces in a main street environment with upper-story residential and office space. This development encompasses 1.7 million SF and provides for over 600 residential units. The site also has numerous parking structures and five movie theater expansions. This project was awarded the Superior Achievement in Design and Imaging (SADI) Award, New Mixed-Use Development category by Retail Traffic Magazine.
