Multiple renovation projects for Salix Pharmaceuticals including:

• Renovation of the second, third and fourth floors of the Colonnade Office Building; totaling 45,000 SF. Project includes high-end finishes and demountable partitions. Work included relocation of existing tenants and work adjacent to occupied tenant spaces.
• Renovation of the second half of the occupied fourth floor; this project completes the renovation of the entire space for Salix Pharmaceuticals. Project includes a variety of finishes and systems.
• Renovation of the first floor Conference Center in the Colonnade; totaling 7,000 SF.
