McNay Art Museum

Construction services for a 45,000 SF exhibition wing to provide larger, more flexible space for exhibitions of greater size and variety. Included in the expansion is a 5,000 SF, 225-seat lecture hall/auditorium, high-tech learning centers, gift shop, outdoor sculpture garden and six acres of sitework. It also features an innovative, multi-layered roof and ceiling system comprised of glass, steel, louvers and horizontal shades that captures the South Texas light and then filters and adjusts it based on the exhibited works.
