Temecula Promenade

Project was an addition of a new Lifestyle Center to an existing enclosed mall. The Lifestyle Center included 126,000 SF of new buildings and pad preparation for future buildings. The area development improvements included new plaza areas, fountains, fireplace, venue area, new hardscape, landscape, site lighting and new outdoor escalators with canopy covers.

The mall renovation included the existing food court and restrooms with the addition of a family break room. The interior renovation also included the removal of the existing guardrail and installation of a new glass guard rail, installation of new stone flooring and column surrounds, as well as new paint and graphics. All existing mall entrances were renovated to create a completely new entrance into the mall which tied into the new Lifestyle Center. This new entrance was a full-height glass entry (frameless).
