Stanford Bioengineering and Chemical Engineering Research Lab Building

An intensive lab research building designed to combine bioengineering, chemical Engineering, and vivarium research to achieve great synergies in their efforts to improve human health and environmental sustainability. The building includes 34 custom research labs, lab support, PHD, and RA/PD spaces, an 8,000 SF vivarium suite, and an entire floor dedicated to teaching lab spaces and registrar classroom. The BioE ChemE building is 210,000 SF consisting of three stories above grade and two basements below. The building’s design matches existing campus architecture and appearances.
