La Jolla Commons Tower II

This 13-story, 415,000 SF, Class A office tower is the nation’s largest carbon-neutral office building to date. The tower achieves carbon neutrality on an annual basis through a combination of high-performance building design, directed biogas, and on-site fuel cells that annually generate more electricity than the building and tenant uses.

The project also includes a new 69,585 SF, below-grade parking structure and an expansion of the existing parking structure. This project is pursuing LEED® Platinum certification.
