LPL Financial Tenant Improvements

LPL Financial is the sole tenant of the 414,000 SF La Jolla Commons II Building which was also constructed by Whiting-Turner. The tenant improvements consist of a 13-floor build-out. Levels 2 - 13 have raised access flooring with an underfloor air distribution system. Level 1 is the amenities floor which includes a Starbucks Coffee Bar, full-service cafeteria/server, fitness center, shower/locker room and business center. Level 2 is dedicated to conference and training areas with integral audio/visual scene and lighting controls. Levels 3 - 12 are office levels with a combination of demountable walls and permanent office construction. Finishes include wood veneer paneling, “Wink” writable wall coatings and sliding doors. Each level includes a breakroom/café with vending, coffee bar, microwaves and refrigerators.

Level 13 is the executive level with a high level of finish, wood wall paneling, boardrooms, demountable and permanent walls, catering area, and broadcast studio. This project received the LEED® Platinum certification.
