The new Aloft and Element hotels are on a five-acre site in Hanover, Maryland. The 174,806 SF building is two seven-story hotels that share a common pool area. The Aloft hotel is a limited service hotel with 142 guestrooms. The Element hotel is an extended stay hotel with 147 guestrooms. Also onsite is a two-story cast-in-place parking structure. The project was ninety-nine percent was complete two weeks before the hotels were scheduled to open.
