The project consists of a 330,000 SF new headquarters facility and renovation to an existing 265,000 SF office building. The project includes an 850-space three-level precast parking garage. Phase 3 of the project consisted of interior demolition including the complete removal of all finishes, elevators, stairs, and mechanical and electrical systems. Additional work included asbestos abatement and the removal of all exterior windows.
