Barilla America Pasta Plant
This project was a fast-track, design/build pasta manufacturing and warehouse facility. The project featured an approximately 200,000 SF humidity-controlled distribution warehouse, an approximately 80,000 SF process and packaging production facility, and 14,000 SF of central mechanical room as well as 10,000 SF of administration and maintenance office space. The project also included:
- A 49-acre greenfield site development
- Production building with a structural precast concrete frame
- Horizontal insulated frames with vertical tube steel framing
- Food grade HVAC equipment
- Full GMP compliance for food inspection
