Brooks Village
Construction of two residence halls totaling 695 beds. The facility also includes the Great Hall Dining Facility with a full-service kitchen, classrooms, library and faculty office space. Also included with the project is a 776-space precast parking facility with three access towers, one with two elevators. Finishes include brick veneer, matching the existing brick used throughout the Baylor campus, architectural precast storefront, and full landscaping. The architecture of the new Brooks Village incorporated many of the external features of Baylor's historic Brooks Hall.
