Boca Town Center
The Boca Town Center Lifestyle Expansion was a shell retail space construction project located in Boca Raton, FL. The expansion added approximately 90,000 SF of building space to the Boca Town Center Mall. The North Retail is a one-story 15,000 SF building. The South Retail is a two-story, 68,000 SF building with many high-end exterior finishes including tile, cast stone, stucco, composite metal, etc. The Concourse is a 6,000 SF addition and the interior fit out of an existing entrance. Other work involved in the project was the construction of a two-level parking garage, various off-site improvements to the Municipal Transit System, and renovation to the existing entry to the mall next to the site of expansion.
