Bresco APC Retrofit
The project consisted of air-pollution control that was retrofit to an existing refuse-to-energy facility. The project included extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades: replacing the plant's primary electrical feed equipment and upgrading and expanding the existing control system. Mechanical systems include piping, pumps, strainers, heat exchangers, a 7,300-gallon dilution-water tank, storage and material delivery silos, air compressors, and a continuous emissions-monitoring system.
