Design/build conversion of an existing, 9,000 SF steel fabrication facility into a cGMP smallpox vaccine filling facility.  The project was designed and built in 72 days.  Time constraints required the installation of temporary utilities (350 Hp boiler, two 525-ton chillers and two 533-ton cooling towers).  Process systems include biowaste and process waste systems, water for injection, pure steam and clean air.  Equipment includes a 120 SF lyophilizer, 120-vial/minute vial filler, three autoclaves and a depyrogenation oven.
