The facility is a 1,000,000 GSF 10-story cardiology center with hospital rooms accommodating 300-plus patient beds, 60-plus CVICU beds, and 30 CCU beds. The facility houses diagnostic and treatment suites, physician and administrative offices, retail spaces, operating rooms, cardiac cath suites, a pneumatic tube system, MRI, PET, Cyclotron, and CT facilities. The building has a caisson foundation, a concrete and steel frame, an exterior veneer of glass, and stone curtainwall with metal siding.
