Cosmos Club
The Cosmos Club is a 50,000 SF private club with hotel and dining facilities. The project included performing preconstruction and construction services for phased life safety upgrades and associated architectural modifications while the club remained fully operational. Upgrades included installation of a sprinkler system and new fire alarm system along with improvements to existing electrical systems. High-end, historic finishes such as ornate plaster, hardwood floors, marble upholstered walls, and wood paneling were protected and preserved throughout.
