Crocker Park
The project consists of a 1.7 million SF suburban “Main Street” development that incorporates ground-floor retail and commercial spaces with upper-level residential and office space. Based on the principles of “new urbanism,” the development features Class A office space, restaurants, internationally known retail stores, five movie theatre expansions, numerous parking structures, and over 600 units of luxury apartments and condominiums. Crocker Park received Retail Traffic Magazine’s 2006 Superior Achievement in Design and Imaging (SADI) Award in the New Mixed Use category.
