The project consists of a new residential and dining community on an eight-acre site that accommodates three buildings. One building is a two-story 42,000 GSF dining facility serving 2,100 meals a day. The second building is a three-story residential hall comprised of 52,976 SF, and the third building is a four-story residential hall comprised of 73,080 SF. The total bed count for the residential halls is 423 beds.
