Danbury Fair Mall
This project consisted of a complete interior common area renovation. The entire food court was reconfigured. The mall’s management offices were reconstructed, and the public restrooms were completely rebuilt. The entire mall common area received new lighting fixtures, paint, and decorative millwork trim. The floors received new porcelain and natural stone tile. Some significant work items that were added to the project included a complete fixture replacement to the site lighting and parking garage light fixtures, and the repainting of the parking garage. The mall common area is 195,805 SF, and the parking garage is 528,646 SF.
