The project involves an 811,000 SF warehouse and distribution center for Pepsi Concentrate North America. The project consists of temperature- and humidity- controlled storage space, specially constructed flammable storage rooms, and a 40-degree Fahrenheit storage cooler. The facility consists of load-bearing concrete, tilt-up wall construction, and a white TPO roof. Administration offices and shipping and receiving offices were also constructed. Sitework includes total site development, prepared pad for future expansion, access controlled entrances, and a guard house.
