The newly constructed 260,000 SF 12-story senior living facility consists of a basement, four levels of above ground parking, two levels of assisted-living apartments (32 units), and six levels of independent living (60 apartments). The first floor houses a chapel, fitness room, locker rooms, swimming pool and spa as well as the mechanical room.
