This project includes a 128-bed campus housing facility for incoming freshman. The 44,000 SF five-story building included concrete foundations and load-bearing CMU partitions with topped hollow core concrete plank floors. The façade includes EIFS, metal panels, architectural precast, cast stone, marble, curtainwall, and operable windows. This project achieved a LEED® Silver Rating.
