The projects took place in a 300-acre office park with approximately 125 acres developed to date. The projects included 11 individual Class A structures with office buildings, cafeterias, a central service building, and conference/training center for a total of over 1,250,000 SF. The training center is 140,000 SF and contains a 500-seat auditorium and an executive training room.
