Parking Deck
This project consisted of a four-story 322,400 SF parking deck, one floor of which was partially below grade. The structure was precast concrete, CIP walls below grade with strip footings for the foundation, and a combination precast, masonry and composite metal panel exterior. The garage includes dry standpipes, security cameras, and monitored call boxes at each stairway exit. All systems were integrated with those existing in the client’s neighboring facility.
