The project consisted of the 176,000 SF renovation of this historic vaudeville house originally constructed in 1914. The project included relocation of site utilities, excavation, demolition, foundations, structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, curtainwall, and storefront systems as well as exterior and interior historic restoration and interior finishes. In conjunction with the renovation, there was also construction of a 100,000 SF building to accommodate the lobby along with spaces at the back of the house.
