Ft. Bragg COSCOM Phase 3 /
MEDCOM Phase 1
Design/build of the COSCOM Phase 3 and MEDCOM Phase 1 projects at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Sitework included grading, site utilities, chilled water relocation, road widening and intersection expansion and demolition of existing barracks. Site improvements included parking areas, sidewalks, community green space, recreation and landscaped areas. New facilities included the following and also met stringent requirements for energy recovery, energy monitoring and control systems, reduced energy consumption and sustainability:
- Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing – 192 personnel.
- Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing – 160 personnel.
- Company Operations Facility.
- Two Medium Battalion Headquarters.
- Remote Switching Unit Expansion.
This project team is pursuing LEED® Silver certification.
