Centrally located on campus, the new signature business school is comprised of a five-story, 180,000 SF building as well as a two-level, 95,772 SF garage and a 13,461 SF exterior plaza. The project consists of:
- 400-seat auditorium
- State-of-the-art classrooms
- Lecture rooms, administrative space and offices
- Four-story atrium space with 8,000 SF skylight
- Gathering space
The project received a LEED® Silver Certification and seven craftsmanship awards from the Washington Building Congress.
