The project involved a 400,000 SF transmission manufacturing facility on a 65-acre site. The facility consists of 10,000 SF of offices, a computer center, full-service kitchen, servery, cafeteria, and central utilities plant. Work included the installation of process equipment such as furnaces and CNC tooling and test equipment. The facility was completed in less than 12 months.
