Construction of 287,000 SF independent living tower with 106 apartments and an 100,000 SF health and wellness center, both with parking below. Project includes:
- 208,000 SF, 15-story residential tower with 79,000 SF underground parking garage consisting of 148 spaces
- 42,000 SF Health and Wellness Center with 58,000 SF underground parking garage consisting of 111 spaces
- A 104,000 SF renovation within the existing tower
Renovation and complete fire alarm upgrades to the lower-level, ground and second floor of the existing facility totaling 120,000 SF.
