105,000 SF library and student center featuring two glass-roofed, four-story atriums, art gallery, student radio station and cafe. Project also includes expansion of the campus' central plant to serve the new Athenaeum building. Sustainable features include extensive green roofs, energy efficient mechanical systems and use of day lighting for illumination. Recipient of the Accomplishment Award from the Maryland Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED® Gold certified.
