The Grove at Farmer's Market
The project involved 400,000 SF of core and shell construction for 11 retail, restaurant, and office spaces. Site development included one large fountain, three small fountains, and a trolley. The project was awarded the Urban Land Institute’s 2003 Award of Excellence.
