1800 F Street
The Whiting-Turner / Walsh Construction Joint Venture has been awarded the 1800 F Street Modernization project in Washington, DC. This historic building, first constructed in 1917, is the General Services Administration's headquarters. The $200 million project includes 700,000 SF of renovation and a 200,000 SF addition. The building will remain occupied for the duration of the four-year project. The project is pursuing LEED® Gold certification.
