Hartford Classical Magnet School
The project involved the conversion of a 126,000 SF office building into a magnet school for grades six through twelve including science laboratories, kitchen, cafeteria, locker rooms, and band/choral rooms. Also included in the project was the construction of a 24,000 SF addition with a gym, two-story entry lobby, and state-of-the-art black box theater. The school continued on-site operation through the remaining two years of construction.
